Privacy policy

This policy describes what data is processed when you use COMBO.SYSTEMS mobile apps on Google Play: Combo Tools, AuraTD, Network Breach, Combo Launcher.

Effective date: October 10, 2026

1. General

This policy applies to the mobile apps published on Google Play under the COMBO.SYSTEMS developer account: Combo Tools, AuraTD, Network Breach, Combo Launcher (the “Apps”). The developer and owner of the Apps is Combo Systems (the “Developer”).

Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”. By installing and using the Apps, you confirm that you have read this policy.

This policy does not cover COMBO.SYSTEMS web services for business (electronic queue, debt tracking, TSD Micro WMS): their terms are agreed when connecting.

2. Data we do not collect

The Apps do not require registration and do not ask for your name, phone number, email address or other contact details. The Developer does not sell user data.

3. Data collected automatically

The Apps use third-party services that automatically receive technical data about your device and how you use the Apps:

  • Yandex Advertising Network (Yandex Mobile Ads) — advertising ID, device model and operating system details, IP address and approximate location derived from it, data on ad impressions and interactions.
  • Firebase Analytics (Google) — app instance ID, usage events (for example, screen views), device, language and country information.
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — crash reports: technical details of the error, device model, operating system version, installation ID.

This data does not allow the Developer to identify you directly.

4. Device permissions

The Apps request only the permissions needed for specific features. You can revoke a permission in Android settings at any time; the related feature will then stop working.

  • Combo Tools: camera — to scan QR codes and barcodes; microphone — for the sound meter; location — for weather and earthquake alerts.
  • Combo Launcher: access to the list of installed apps — to show them on the launcher home screen.

Camera images, microphone audio and the list of installed apps are processed only locally on your device and are not sent anywhere — neither to the Developer nor to third parties.

Location is used for the weather forecast: your device coordinates are sent to a weather service to get the weather for your area.

5. Purposes of processing

  • Showing ads that keep the Apps free.
  • Analysing App usage to improve the Apps.
  • Finding and fixing errors.
  • Responding to your requests.

6. Sharing with third parties

Data is received only by the services listed in sections 3 and 4 (the advertising network, analytics services and the weather service), which process it under their own rules:

The servers of these services may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, so data may be transferred across borders.

The Developer may disclose data where required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. Data retention

Data collected by third-party services is kept for the periods set by those services. Your messages to the Developer are kept for as long as needed to respond.

8. Your rights and choices

  • Reset or turn off your advertising ID in Android settings (Google → Ads). Ads may then become less personalised.
  • Revoke App permissions in Android settings.
  • Uninstall an App — data collection through it then stops.
  • Ask the Developer for information about the processing of your data or for its deletion.

9. Age restrictions

The Apps are intended for users aged 18 and over. The Developer does not direct the Apps at children and does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided data, contact us and we will help delete it.

10. Security

The Developer does not store your data on its own servers. Data is transferred to third-party services over the secure channels those services provide.

11. Changes to this policy

A new version is published on this page with its effective date. By continuing to use the Apps after changes, you accept the new version.
