Terms of use

1. General

These Terms apply to Combo Tools, AuraTD, Network Breach, Combo Launcher (the “Apps”), developed and owned by Combo Systems (the “Developer”).

By installing or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

2. Licence

The Developer grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Apps on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Free use and advertising

The Apps are free and have no paid features. The Apps show ads from the Yandex Advertising Network. Advertisers are responsible for the content of ads and their offers.

4. Restrictions

• Do not decompile, modify or attempt to obtain the source code of the Apps, except where expressly permitted by law.
• Do not distribute, sell or rent copies of the Apps.
• Do not use the Apps for actions that violate the law or the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

Rights to the Apps, their design, code, graphics and names belong to the Developer. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you, except for the licence in section 2.

6. Features are for reference only

The Apps are provided “as is”. Results of tools such as the sound meter, weather, earthquake alerts and the winner randomizer are for reference only and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them as your only source of information for decisions about safety, health or money. For emergency alerts, use official services.

7. Third-party services

Some features open third-party services (for example, WhatsApp or Telegram). Their operation is governed by those services’ rules, and the Developer is not responsible for it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Developer is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss or interruptions in the Apps arising from their use.

9. Updates and termination

The Developer may update the Apps and change or discontinue individual features or entire Apps. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

11. Changes to these Terms

A new version is published on this page with its effective date. By continuing to use the Apps after changes, you accept the new version.
